Meet the team behind the success
Therese Johansson
Therése is the founder of Humanship & Leadership and the creator of its programs. Drawing on her own experience, she specializes in helping individuals discover and develop their unique potential and find their path to authentic leadership—their unique Humanship.
Daniel Johansson
Daniel is the co-founder of Humanship & Leadership and is responsible for the development of the estate. As a workshop facilitator, he helps individuals and teams unlock their potential, with a focus on how personal leadership strengthens business acumen and project management.
Johannes Torstensson
Johannes holds a degree in Information Systems (IT) and combines technical expertise with a strong eye for design, structure, and customer experience.
Baloo
Baloo’s role as the company mascot is to reflect the atmosphere of every moment with his unique presence. He is the most challenging individual Daniel and Therése have encountered in their leadership journey. He reminds them that life is meant to be lived—to eat, sleep, play, run, poop, and repeat.
Grande och Rebbe
Grande and Rebel’s role at the estate is to remind us of natural leadership. They reflect the energy we project—long before we become aware of it ourselves. They teach us the importance of being present and connected to our parasympathetic nervous system, regardless of whatever drama they may create.
