During my walks with our Labrador Baloo, creativity often opens up within me – today the word Energy ID came to me. The more I work with my own personal development, as well as our clients’ personal growth and individual leadership, the more I question the fear, concerns, and resistance we have toward different terms – which unfortunately become obstacles to our personal development. I spend an incredible amount of time working with different perspectives, frames of reference, and interpretations, all with the purpose of giving people the opportunity to find their way back to themselves.
Believe nothing else than that my brain works in exactly the same way – what it does not recognize, it simply rejects. It has required, and still requires, countless duels with my brain to wrestle down all the programming that has been placed there year after year and that has prevented my unique Energy ID from bubbling with life force!
Curiosity instead of conflict
It was precisely that word – Energy ID – that came to me during my walk with Baloo. I thought – wow – what an incredibly good name! A beloved child has many names, and therefore just as many interpretations that hinder and limit positive development.
An example of a word that may resemble Energy ID is the word soul. Some of the words I use to help people from different cultures find common ground with me are, for example, soul, intuition, gut feeling, heart intelligence, your qi, your inner voice/truth, your divine spark, etc. – We interpret them differently – We value them differently – Sometimes we even fight about them.
Could we instead find unity in all the teachings (religions) created by humans in their tentative attempts to bring logic to the natural, the biological, and the quantum physical?
Energy ID – Your Unique Frequency
Quantum physics says that everything is energy, ancient teachings say that everything is spirit, biology says that everything is system – are we perhaps describing the same phenomenon?
Horsemanship as an Inspirer
I was almost converted when, within horsemanship, I discovered that every horse has its unique roadmap. As someone who has held titles such as manager and leader and who today develops others in leadership, I immediately felt – that is exactly how it is with humans. That was where the Humanship & Leadership concept was born for me.
Today I received a word that fits perfectly – our unique roadmap, our unique Energy ID – the spark that ignites life within us and the spark that is extinguished when life leaves us. A network of energies that influence through frequencies and explain that we are all interconnected, regardless of the form of our life vehicle (human, horse, dog, and other animal species). As a leader, I need to be clear and aligned in my Energy ID to create trust and confidence in those I choose to lead. I also need to respect every being’s unique Energy ID. Energy ID – a word that can awaken your curiosity instead of your fear, so that you are given the opportunity and the conditions to explore your unique frequency – your natural leadership.
Your Unique Energy Identity
In the Humanship triangle – mind, body, and energy – there is a golden sphere in the center. It symbolizes our Energy ID. Through the nervous system, impulses are sent from the mind out through the body every second. Hormones are released, the heart creates an electromagnetic field, and our inner states influence how we react, how we feel, and “which songs we sing out into our surroundings.” We influence and are influenced – our frequencies affect our environment, and the environment affects us in return. These frequencies can dampen or override your unique Energy ID, but it never disappears.
What if our task on earth is actually simpler than we think? Perhaps it is as simple as finding our way back to our unique Energy ID by meeting fear with courage. Removing the noise of the mind and, with courage, listening to our unique inner truth – and through that allowing our frequency to be heard, so that our unique song can be sung. To be in our unique Energy ID, we need to conquer our ego and, with a generous portion of curiosity, tune our “instrument” – in the mind, in the body, and in our environment.
